The deck oven has been designed with flexibility in mind. Being of a modular design you can simply add decks as your business grows. You can remove a deck (or as many as you want) and place it in another room. Each individual deck has its own digital controls which is capable of storing different programs including the application of automatic steam. Or you can program some decks and use others manually. You even have the facility to set a timer for the oven to come on in your absence. The oven is built without compromise using 20mm stone base, toughened glass doors and high grade insulation and stainless steel inside and out. The oven comes with a stand and on wheels but can also be supplied with an under prover. Other accessories available include a range hood and manual loading setter racks.
